- In Office Membership Plan– Our office offers its own In-Office Membership Plan for patients without insurance and/or patients who do not receive adequate dental coverage. Our Membership Plans include:
- 2 Professional Cleanings (every 6 months)
- 2 Comprehensive Exams
- 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
- Annual X-rays (as recommended)
- 15% off additional treatment (*excludes Invisalign and Orthodontic treatment)
- 25% Off Zoom Professional Whitening
- Cherry- We have partnered with Cherry to allow for easy monthly payments and installments at your own discretion and in the amount your choice. The application takes less tha minute and does not impact the patients credit score. Simply scan the QR code below to see if you qualify.
- CareCredit: We have partnered with CareCredit to offer flexible financing options. CareCredit is a healthcare card crafted to address your health and wellness needs. It enables you to manage the costs of treatment and procedures conveniently through monthly payments. With CareCredit, you have the flexibility to have your procedures at your convenience, making it ideal for co-pays, deductibles and treatments not covered by insurance.
- Other Ways to Pay: Crystal Dental provides accessible care through various special offers and promotions. New patients can enjoy a new patient Exam and X-Rays for $125 (See Promotions Page). Existing patients benefit from free consultations for dental implants. All new and existing patients also receive FREE oral health scans and Invisalign consultations.
