Our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. For emergencies and same-day service please directly contact our office for an appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we do provide emergency dental services, but we are not open 24/7, please call our office to see if we may accommodate you.

Yes. We provide flexibility to you by having your serve costs reimbursed by your insurance. We also provide financing options if you do not have insurance. For further details on payment options, please visit our payment options page to learn more.

Absolutely. Our office specializes in Invisalign. Dr. Alex is a Platinum Invisalign Provider, which means we treat more cases and have more experience than most local offices and we can offer some of the best rates in town.  We are more than happy to schedule your FREE 30-minute Invisalign Consultation which includes a comprehensive Oral Health Scan.

Please complete any patient forms in advance or arrive at the office 15-20 mins prior to your appointment and bring your ID and dental insurance card if applicable. Most forms are provided in advance via text or email to help expedite your appointment time.

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends dental checkups and cleanings every 6 months.

A general dentist is trained to perform all aspects of dentistry; however, some treatments are more complicated and may require a specialist with additional training in that field for optimal care. If you require the care of a dental specialist, we will provide you with a referral to one that can provide you with the treatment you need.

Yes, a general dentist can perform treatment on children; however, some children may be more difficult to work on and your general dentist may refer them to a Pediatric Dentist for their treatment needs. At Crystal Dental our doctors are all comfortable and trained to treat most children, but in some circumstances, we may refer a child to a specialist.

Yes, a general dentist is your first line of defense against gum disease. At Crystal Dental we provide some of the most advanced gum treatments including Laser Gum Therapy and Perio Protect Gum Therapy as well as providing a comprehensive education in proper oral hygiene and dietary habits to all our patients to prevent Gum disease all together.

In more advanced cases of gum disease, we may refer you to a Periodontist (Gum Specialist) for surgical intervention that may be needed. We will work closely with your Periodontist to create a plan that generally includes 3 to 4 months Periodontal Maintenance cleanings with your general dentist or one of our Dental Hygienists.

Most PPO Insurance plans, Dentical/Medicaid, Liberty Dental and Access Dental. We do not accept any HMO insurance plans.
